How to Order

To get your order started we at MugWorks would need a good color .jpg or .bmp format logo. The better the scan the more detail we can apply. We can do "MOST" logos and detail down to lettering of 1/4 inch. Please resample your artwork to avoid large file downloads.

Once we receive your logo we'll let you know if your request can be done. Do not send any 'real' photos, we do not do any people, animals ,cars, etc. The ultimate artwork you can send is 'photo ready line art (Black & White)'

We will redraw the design so as to make it glass ready and return to you a more or less drawing of what it will look like for your approval before anything gets carved on glass. Once you approve and give us the 'go' we will exchange payment information.

You 'the purchaser' assume liability for any owned/copyrighted artwork you may want done and by ordering you retain all responsibility for use of the sent logo. Most military logos do not have ownership.
